| "I finally recieved the urn ordered for my mother and I must say it is perfect and beautiful.
I ordered the urn online June 22nd. Unforturnetly I received someone else's urn on June 29th. After a few calls and emails, on July 7th the correct urn arrived. I feel so sorry for the other family that is still waiting for their urn which I have sent out to them.
This company probably needs to fire someone in the shipping department. That's my opinion. " |
