| "I placed an online order late on a Sunday night for an engraved silver heart necklace, with a request to center the engraving and if at all possible, to get it to me by Thursday, as my husband's service was out of town on Friday. To this end, I ordered 2nd day air and called first thing Monday morning to verify that this would get it to me on time. Because of the engraving, I was skeptical that it would be on time. During a time of my greatest stress, I was so pleased to have one less headache. Not only was the engraving perfectly centered, but it arrived late on Wednesday. Unfortunately, it's always a surprise when a company actually provides more service than promised. Thank you." |
