Memorial Urns Returns & Exchange Policy

We have a 100% full satisfaction Return Policy with no restocking fees, except on caskets and solid gold jewelry. Just contact us and tell us you want a replacement, exchange, or refund and return the item to us within 30 days after delivery for a full refund of the price of the item excluding shipping. Please know that we can only accept returns for items that are not damaged, used or engraved, or customized.

Items that cannot be returned for a refund:

Any item that has been personalized.
Urns or jewelry that has been filled.
Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
Items not returned within 30 days of delivery (15% restock fee may apply)
Orders over 60 days old are non-returnable or refundable

If the item arrives damaged, you must notify us within two business days of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and arrange a replacement. Please contact us to receive return & exchange instructions.
