Free Ground shipping is available for the lower 48 United States.

When Will Your Order Arrive?

If shipped ground, your order will arrive in 1 - 6 Business days (Business days do not include weekends and holidays) after shipping. Please call us at 800-511-0295 if you have questions about when your order will arrive.

Urn Shipping


What is the status of your order?

Please check your email for the tracking code we include in your completion status email. A UPS code will typically start with '1z' or start with a letter. A Fedex code will have 12 digits and no letters, ie. 866783016467.  A USPS Priority Mail code will have 20 numbers.  Please go to www.ups.com or www.fedex.com.


When will your order ship?
All orders will usually ship the same business day (Monday - Friday) if received by 12pm (Noon) EST unless otherwise stated on the product's page. Engraved items may take longer to ship.

Shipping Companies

Depending on where the item is going and where it is stocked we may ship FOB Origin using Fedex, UPS, or USPS. 

All International Orders - Outside the U.S. or Canada:  Please call us for shipping quotes: 1-800-511-0295

Shipments to Canada and other international destinations may incur Customs Charges, Duties, and Brokerage charges. These fees are the responsibilty of the recipient at the time of delivery.
