Stone Picture Frame Urn for Dog
This Stone Picture Frame Urn for Dog has a 3.25"H x 2"W picture frame for a favorite photo of your beloved dog. "Dogs leave paw prints on your heart forever...." says it all. We never stop loving our canine companions!
Cultured stone is created by mixing ground stone with resin. It can be molded to make beautiful urns that look and feel like natural stone. The creamy natural limestone color of this urn makes it look like it was just taken from the quarry. This urn loads through the bottom by removing several screws and a metal plate.
Photos are easily placed in the frame by inserting them in the slot above the picture frame.
Size: 8.5"L x 6"H x 6"D
Hold 55 Cubic Inches which is large enough for most dogs who had HEALTHY weights of up to 30 lbs.
The rule of thumb to determine the size urn you need is 1 lb of healthy pet weight equals about 1 cubic inches of cremains. This can differ due to bone desity, dog breed, and cremation process used. Please contact the pet crematory to guarantee the size urn you choose is correct for your pet.
As with all urns but especially important for bottom-loading urns, cremains should be kept in a sealed plastic bag inside the urn.
