The best part was i ordered the urn on sunday night with 2nd day air. I received a call on monday from the company to discuss my order i explained that i needed to have the urn by thursday. By tuesday morning i received the email with the copy of the lazer to approve and by tuesday afternoon i had the tracking # that the urn was on its way
