Just wanted to let you know that we did receive the memorial stone we had ordered and inquired about the status of a month ago. It took a bit longer to arrive than we expected, but we are very pleased with the finished product. The stone is beautiful and the engravings are exactly as we specified. I've always loved wooden items. The wooden urns have a special organic feel to them. I also like real olive Wooden Crosses when possible. It's very symbolic religiously (Jesus).

I finally recieved the urn ordered for my mother and I must say it is perfect and beautiful. I ordered the urn online June 22nd. Unforturnetly I received someone else's urn on June 29th. After a few calls and emails, on July 7th the correct urn arrived. I feel so sorry for the other family that is still waiting for their urn which I have sent out to them. This company probably needs to fire someone in the shipping department. That's my opinion.

Last November 7th, we lost Eddie...Her real name was Edwina, but she wouldn't answer to it. I purchased a beautiful stone from you to place on her grave in our back yard. (order l0099) With the winter weather we had, it couldn't be placed until Spring. It is simply beautiful. I cannot thank you enough. Then, on June 29, 2010, we lost another dog, Ginger. She was 13 but in good health, so when she suffered a seizure it took us by surprise. We had no choice but to let her go. And, now I ordered another stone from you, and I just know it will be beautiful as well. Thank you again.

I placed an online order late on a Sunday night for an engraved silver heart necklace, with a request to center the engraving and if at all possible, to get it to me by Thursday, as my husband's service was out of town on Friday. To this end, I ordered 2nd day air and called first thing Monday morning to verify that this would get it to me on time. Because of the engraving, I was skeptical that it would be on time. During a time of my greatest stress, I was so pleased to have one less headache. Not only was the engraving perfectly centered, but it arrived late on Wednesday. Unfortunately, it's always a surprise when a company actually provides more service than promised. Thank you.

My current husband lost his first wife after a long battle with breast cancer nearly 6 years ago. I bought the item so my husband could put some of the ashes of his previous wife in to remember her. I ordered The Born to Ride Chopper Motorcycle Urn. First ofall the Urn is awesome. Everyone at the funeral commented on how incredible it looked. The best part was i ordered the urn on sunday night with 2nd day air. I received a call on monday from the company to discuss my order i explained that i needed to have the urn by thursday. By tuesday morning i received the email with the copy of the lazer to approve and by tuesday afternoon i had the tracking # that the urn was on its way fedex delivered thursday morning THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS URN WAS TRUELY A TRIBUTE TO WHO MY BROTHER WAS.

First let me acknowledge the Wooden Fisherman's Urn brought tears to my eyes when my son opened the shipment. I feel very at peace that Glenn is resting in what meant so much to him and that was fishing on his boat and working with wood. The image is what I wanted Glenn reeling in the Big One.
