Return Policy


Memorial Urns 30 Day Return Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our support staff at 800-511-0295. We will email you a Return Authorization and instructions. 

Your RA will include a return address and instructions. Note: Some items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once received in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable restocking fee.

Expedited shipping costs (Three Day Air, Two Day Air, or Next Day Air) are nonrefundable. 

We highly recommend you ship via UPS or FedEx and insure items over $100.  You may also ship via USPS if that is more convenient but be sure to insure the item for the amount you paid. Returned items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging on the part of the customer will not be eligible for a refund. You will need to contact the shipping company you used for a claim.

Items that cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Customized Items.
  • Personalized Items.
  • Urns or jewelry that has been filled.
  • Items kept outdoors.
  • Solid Gold Jewelry.
  • Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
  • International Orders.
  • Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
  • International shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Orders returned more than 30 days after the order has been received are not eligible for a refund.

Unless otherwise specified, all urns are for indoor use only. Urns affected by weather or buried cannot be returned.

Memorial Urns reserves the right to charge shipping for exchanged items.
