The Small Mahogany Boxwood Cremation Urn is a simple, elegant, solid mahogany wood urn with rounded edges and embellished only with double rows of thinly routed grooves at the top and bottom of the urn. This urn is appropriate for infants or small pets with healthy weights less than 25 lbs, or for families sharing the cremains of a loved one. The urn opens from the bottom by removing several screws and a wood plate. It is important to keep the cremains in a sealed plastic bag inside the urn. This plastic bag will take up 10-15 cubic inches of space inside the urn. Please allow for that in your calculations as to whether this is the appropriate size urn for your needs. This urn can be personalized with up to three lines of laser engraving on the top of the urn or two lines on the front of the urn. Please limit engraving to no more than about 35 spaces per line. An engraving proof will not be sent so please check the engraving carefully and be sure spelling, punctuation, and dates are correct.
