USN Recessed Medallion Chestnut Cremation Urn

The US Navy Recessed Medallion Cremation Urn honors the person who proudly served in the United States Navy. This urn is made from select grade solid red oak and red alder with a rich chestnut finish.  

Each urn has a color embossed military medallion recessed into the wood. 

The urn can be personalized by adding name, birth and passing dates, military rank or a loving remark such as Loving Husband and Father.  The personalized engraving is filled with a cream color to compliment the rich chestnut finish.

An engraving proof will be emailed to you and we must have written approval before the urn can be engraved and shipped.  Please provide an accurate email address and contact phone number.

Cremains are loaded through the bottom by removing the plate held by several #2 Phillips square-head screws.  A 2 ml poly liner is provided so that you can place the cremains in the bag before placing them inside the urn.

The roses and ivy noted in the photo are used for photographic purposes only and not included with the urn.

This urn is available with an optional memorial chest add-on. This can be used as a place to keep mementos (i.e. insignias, medals, ribbons, and photos) of your loved one, while the separate lower area is a cremation urn. The chest is lined with a hunter green felt flocking. The standard depth of the memory chest area is about 1.5" deep. The lid has two hidden solid brass hinges and a solid brass friction latch.  Please note the reduction of space for cremains with the addition of the memorial chest.
