Our Going Home Companion Cloisonne Urn for Two is a cremation urn depicting flying doves on a patterned dark blue background. Cloisonne is an ancient art form using an intricate metalworking process with multiple layers of fired enamel over copper or brass. Doves can be symbolic of the Holy Spirit, love, peace, hope, or the soul. The lid is not threaded but can be permanently sealed with any household epoxy such as Krazy Glue or Gorilla Glue. The lid can be temporarily sealed using QuakeHold or museum putty. As with any urn, it is recommended to keep the cremains in a sealed plastic bag inside the urn. PLEASE NOTE: The wood base is no longer available.
