Return Policy

We have a 100% money back return policy* on most items within 30 days of receipt of your order.

*Total return value over $200 may be subject up to a 10% restocking fee.  

Please call or email for a Return Authorization. Returns received without an RA cannot be traced and you will not receive a refund. Your RA will include a return address and instructions.  Customers pay for returning the item unless it arrives damaged.

NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, all urns are for indoor use only. Urns affected by weather or buried cannot be returned.

If your item arrived damaged, we will take care of it. But you must notify us within two business days of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and arrange a replacement.

We highly recommend you ship via UPS or FedEx and insure items over $100.  You may also ship via USPS if that is more convenient but be sure to insure the item for the amount you paid. Returned items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging on the part of the customer will not be eligible for a refund. You will need to contact the shipping company you used for a claim.

Items that cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Customized Items.
  • Personalized Items.
  • Urns or jewelry that has been filled.
  • Items kept outdoors.
  • Solid Gold Jewelry.
  • Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
  • International Orders.
  • Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
  • International shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Orders over 30 days cannot be returned.

Memorial Urns reserves the right to charge shipping for exchanged items.
