It is very important to us that you are very happy with your purchase from us. 

If you receive an item that you are not happy with, please call or email us for a Return Authorization within 5 days of receipt of your orderYour RA will include a return address and instructions. 

Once received in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund of your purchase. Note, this does not included expedited shipping, such as Three Day Air, Two Day Air, or  Next Day Air shipping you may have purchased. 

We highly recommend you ship via UPS or FedEx and insure items over $100.  You may also ship via USPS if that is more convenient but be sure to insure the item for the amount you paid. Returned items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging on the part of the customer will not be eligible for a refund. You will need to contact the shipping company you used for a claim.

Items that cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Customized Items.
  • Personalized Items.
  • Urns or jewelry that has been filled.
  • Items kept outdoors.
  • Solid Gold Jewelry.
  • Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
  • International Orders.
  • Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
  • International shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Orders over 14 days from the order date cannot be returned.

Unless otherwise specified, all urns are for indoor use only. Urns affected by weather or buried cannot be returned.

Memorial Urns reserves the right to charge shipping for exchanged items.
