It is very important to us that you are very happy with your purchase from us.
If you receive an item that you are not happy with, please call or email us for a Return Authorization within 5 days of receipt of your order. Your RA will include a return address and instructions.
Once received in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund of your purchase. Note, this does not included expedited shipping, such as Three Day Air, Two Day Air, or Next Day Air shipping you may have purchased.
We highly recommend you ship via UPS or FedEx and insure items over $100. You may also ship via USPS if that is more convenient but be sure to insure the item for the amount you paid. Returned items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging on the part of the customer will not be eligible for a refund. You will need to contact the shipping company you used for a claim.
