Shipping Policy

Free Ground shipping is available in the Continental U.S. (Does not include Hawaii or Alaska)

2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Shipping Options are Available at checkout.  Please note that the day an item is shipped as well as weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days.  

When will your order ship?

When a product ships is usually listed in the the Product Description. Please read the Product Description for details that may delay shipping. For instance, what time are you placing your order? If it is after 12pm EST then the item will probably ship the next business day. If there is engraving, this can delay the shipping for a day or two. Some other products take a few days to ship. PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT PAGE before ordering if you want to know when you will receive your order. You can also call us at 800-511-0295. If we do not answer, then please leave message with the product SKU and we will call you back.

Most orders will usually ship the same business day (Monday - Friday) if received by 12pm (Noon) EST unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. Engraved items may take longer to ship.  No orders will ship on weekends or holidays. 

What is the status of your order?

Please check your email for the tracking code we include in your completion status email. A UPS code will typically start with '1z' or start with a letter. A Fedex code will have 12 digits and no letters, ie. 866783016467.  A USPS Priority Mail code will have 20 numbers.  Please go to or

Shipping Companies

Depending on where the item is going and where it is stocked we may ship FOB Origin using Fedex, UPS, or USPS. 

At this time, all shipments outside the United States are suspended.
